SE-Base is for those in a SE role and will be designed to track engagements with Sales and Customers/Leads following the OODA Loop.

The OODA Loop is a thought process designed by the US Air Force that stands for Observer, Orient, Decide and Act.

Segmented into the SE Role under tasks of Observe = Discovery, Orient = Qualification, Decide = Solution/Quote, Act = Delivery


Discovery : Lead information obtained by Sales (AM/CM).
Company Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Business Address, Industry/Vertical.
What is the problem we're looking to solve, Product(s) of Interest

Qualification : Budget, Timeline, Number of Locations, Number of Users per Location, Decision Maker, Demo, Roadblocks, Integrations, Site Survey, Network Discovery

Solution : Suggestions to make to sales for quoting of products, services, makes/models, how they will be used, key goal achievments, quote review.

Delivery : Hand off framework to CEG/Onboarding/PM/Installers.
